Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) - an evidence-based approach recognized and approved by the Veterans Affairs (VA) for trauma recovery, EMDR (practitioner in training), and art therapy to help you gently process difficult experiences, reconnect with your inner strengths, and find calm, grounding, and growth at your own pace.
I use embodied healing, including grounding, mindful movement, expressive arts, nature-based practices, and tapping (EFT) to help release tension, regulate emotions, and support your healing.
Through expressive art-making, you can explore and release emotions that may be difficult to put into words, honor memories, and gradually find meaning and healing. The process allows for self-expression, reflection, and connection to inner strengths during challenging times.
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Through counseling, we explore your experiences and story, rebuild perspective, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
Sessions can be held online or in-person, allowing you to participate safely from home, indoors at our offices, or join me on a nature "walk n' talk." Pick a time that works best for you, using our convenient scheduling platform.
